Festival Day at St. Michael’s

Posted on: September 1, 2013

Every year at Labor Day Weekend St. Michael’s Church sets up their festival in my backyard. Well actually it’s on the church’s property but only a fence separates my apartment from the fun. Last year Annalise and I went. Should add those pictures.

She was looking forward to going again, but what a memory, she told her mom she wanted to ride more than 5 rides. I purchased 5 rides for $10 so this year she, Simon and Max got the $12 wrist band so they could ride an unlimited number of times. It’s not that huge and I wasn’t sure Max and Simon would find it very exciting. It may be the only time they attend.

The Midway is a big attraction for Annalise – trying to win prizes, especially stuffed animals. I didn’t get any pictures of it this year. But she tried the numbers numerous times but alas only candy and stickers as prizes.

Here’s a pictorial litany of their rides
