Food Yummm!

I read a bit ago that eating raw food is better for you than cooked (meat excluded).  A friend started doing it and after reading the blurb on “Two Moms in the Raw” granola bars at Starbucks, I figured why not.  It leads to less cooking which is great for me.

So tonight I’m having 1 Haas avocado mashed with a bit of salt, carrot sticks and a cauliflower floret.  I’ll have red grapes and pecans for dessert.  The avocado is heavenly!!  I wish they were always $1 a piece.  They were perfect at the store, didn’t have to let them ripen.
